Millport Holiday Flats is delighted to offer a unique converted fisherman’s cottage holiday home to let with excellent sea views. The property is located only a two minute walk from Millport Town pier and is convenient for all local amenities.
Waverley View has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests.
Our holiday home is extremely well appointed, and well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Free unlimited broadband and WI-FI is available throughout the property. Please note that the property is accessed by external stairs.
No smoking or vaping is permitted in our holiday home.
Truly a home from home, the property provides an extremely comfortable and relaxing environment with beautiful sea views from the living room and bedrooms. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. It is ideally situated close to all local amenities, with rock pools, a beach and playpark close by.
The flat is accessed via an external stair leading to the first floor of the property. Off the entrance hall is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and a bathroom with over bath electric shower. The hallway leads to the spacious open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The two main bedrooms are accessed from the living room and there is an open staircase to access the attic rooms.
The living room is provided with a comfortable modern furniture, 32” smart television with Freesat, Bluetooth smart speaker, Tivoli radio, and a selection of books and games.
The dining area has an extending dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and integrated gas hob, double electric oven and grill, cooker hood, larder fridge and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king size divan bed with ample wardrobe and storage space. It also benefits from an en-suite toilet with mains shower. The second bedroom has a double size divan bed with wardrobe and storage space. Each bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer.
The stair from the living room leads to the fully decorated attic area with camseil ceilings and Velux roof lights. The attic space contains a fitted wardrobe, toilet and wash basin, a quiet sitting area, and a sleeping area with two single divan beds. A small freezer is located in a built-in cupboard at the top of the stairs.
Heating is provided throughout by a propane gas fired central heating system with thermostatically controlled panel radiators in each room for maximum comfort and efficiency. The heating system is controlled from a ‘Hive’ thermostat located in the corner of the dining area. The property is protected throughout by heat and smoke detectors. The property is protected by interlinked smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, and heat detectors in compliance with current Scottish Government regulations (Feb 2022).
