Mill Farm is one of the oldest properties on the Island of Cumbrae and today it is the family home of Philippa and Tony. The property is located near Kames Bay and although not on the seafront it is only 50 Meters from Kames beach. It is a quiet and peaceful location and a short walk into town to all the main venues and events. The self-catering properties include a two bedroom upstairs apartment and a one bedroom annexe. Both properties have their own fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and entrances. The upstairs flat has its own sitting room and has sea views whilst the annexe faces on to the extensive gardens. There is ample parking at the rear of the property accessed via our private drive next to the fire station on Hastie Avenue. Undercover storage is available for bikes, scooters etc. Bedding and towels are provided along with tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk. Each property has its own TV linked to Free Sat and internet is also available, the upstairs apartment has a good selection of books and games. Guests should inform us in advance if they have any specific requirements or needs. We do not allow dogs in the upstairs apartment but we do allow dogs in the Annexe but only with prior arrangement and they must be under control at all times when on the property. We do not permit hen or stag parties and visitors to our guests by prior arrangement only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and if guests wish to smoke on the property we request that they inform us on arrival.
