Overlooking Kames Bay, this 3 bedroom ground floor property of the detached sandstone villa known as ‘Ardenwood’, has fantastic sea views across the bay, and down the Clyde to the Wee Cumbrae, Isle of Arran & Ailsa Craig.

The three bedrooms consist of a double, twin & bunk rooms sleeping 6/7 guests, an additional two blow up beds can be utilised so the property can sleep, 8/9 guests. All three bedrooms have views of the garden with the double and bunk room also having the benefit of sea views.

The large lounge comfortably seats 7 with two wing back chairs in the bay window to enjoy the views. There’s a TV and DVD player along with a selection of books, games & toys just for you. Additionally, ‘log on’ to our free wifi

The dining room gives you a large table with 6 chairs to eat comfortably, and there’s another 2 chairs if you need them. Of course, this room has great views as well

The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual things you would expect to find.

There’s a three piece bathroom with over bath shower and there’s an additional toilet
