Travelling by train from Glasgow to Largs take just one hour and the ferry pier is just a few minutes walk away along the main street From Glasgow to Largs, trains depart from Glasgow Central Station hourly at XX.45, and XX.40 on a Sunday. From Largs to Glasgow, trains depart from Largs station hourly at XX.52, and XX.58 on a Sunday. Destinations (same for both routes) include: Glasgow Central, Paisley Gilmour St, Johnstone, Miliken Park, Howood, Lochwinnoch, Glengarnock, Dalry, Kilwinning, Stevenston, Saltcoats, Ardrossan South Beach, West Kilbride, Fairlie and Largs.
